Fenergo Lead-Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced Fenergo Lead – Senior Developer to own the end-to-end design, development, configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of client onboarding and regulatory compliance solutions delivered on the Fenergo platform.

The successful candidate will bring strong, hands-on experience across Fenergo implementation, C# development, Oracle databases, and DevOps technologies.

This position combines technical leadership, solution architecture, direct hands-on engineering, and stakeholder coordination to deliver secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

1. Lead the architecture, configuration, customization, and implementation of Fenergo modules, including KYC, AML, and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM).
2. Manage full lifecycle solution delivery from design and development to testing, deployment, and post-production support.
3. Establish and maintain coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
4. Integrate Fenergo with Oracle databases, core banking systems, ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
5. Build and enhance Oracle database solutions, including schema design, PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and data replication.
6. Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs, BPMN workflows, ESB/MuleSoft integrations, and event-driven architectures.
7. Carry out performance tuning, capacity planning, security hardening, and platform optimization.
8. Lead incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous platform enhancement.
9. Serve as the primary technical contact with Fenergo vendors for escalations, patches, upgrades, and new releases.

Leadership and Collaboration Responsibilities

1. Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to convert regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
2. Mentor and support junior developers and administrators on Fenergo, Oracle, and DevOps practices.
3. Participate in cross-functional workshops, technical sessions, and operational reviews.
4. Create technical documentation, solution designs, test plans, release notes, and operational runbooks.
5. Deliver project updates, risk assessments, and compliance reports to governance teams.
6. Use Generative AI tools to enhance engineering productivity and improve delivery efficiency.

Experience and Qualification

• 9–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Fenergo implementation, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Deep expertise in Fenergo KYC, AML, and Client Lifecycle Management.
• Strong C# development skills and Oracle database experience.
• Experience working with DevOps and CI/CD environments.
• Banking and financial services domain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
