Provide patient care in hospital wards, following standard nursing procedures.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any changes to the medical team.
Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
Administer medications, injections, and routine nursing care as required.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to hospital safety and hygiene protocols.
Prior experience in reputed hospitals will be an added advantage.
