FAT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for packaging machines and complete production lines
• Review engineering documentation, technical specifications, and test protocols prior to FAT execution
• Coordinate with engineering, automation, quality, manufacturing, and project management teams to resolve technical issues
• Lead FAT sessions with customers, ensuring compliance, transparency, and customer satisfaction
• Document test results, deviations, corrective actions, and prepare final FAT reports and sign-off documentation
• Provide technical feedback to design and manufacturing teams for product improvement and quality enhancement
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards during FAT activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance FAT processes and testing efficiency
• Mentor and guide junior engineers or technicians involved in FAT execution
• Support global projects and customer engagements, including domestic and international travel
