Hiring: Sr Manager, Finance – FAST Incident, Defect & Release Management

Location: Bengaluru

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days from office

• Practical JDE experience
• Strong knowledge of Finance Systems & Processes

• Root Cause Analysis & Impact Assessment

• Strong SOX, Controls & Audit knowledge
• Experience in global Finance Transformation
• Ability to coordinate across functions including Finance, IT, AMS & Data

Role Highlights:

• Own the L2 Finance Systems incident, defect and release management model
• Serve as the senior escalation point for critical finance system issues
• Oversee incident resolution, RCA, prioritization and release validation
• Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, FAST, AMS, IT and external partners
• Ensure operational stability, support close readiness, strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement
• Provide support for KT, TSA exit, transformation initiatives and process standardization

Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
