Hiring: Finance Manager – FAST Master Data

Location: Bengaluru

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office

Experience: 11–18 years

CTC: Up to 50 LPA

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Finance Master Data
• Practical exposure to J.D. Edwards (JDE)
• Strong understanding of A2R, P2P & O2C finance processes
• Experience with MDM / Data Governance
• Knowledge of SOX, controls & audit
• Experience managing global stakeholders
• Strong experience in documentation, KT & transformation

Role Highlights:

• Own Finance Master Data design, governance, and optimization within JDE
• Improve data quality, controls, and close-readiness
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data, and global stakeholders
• Enable UAT, manage releases, handle troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement
• Create SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer frameworks

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
