Job Description

• Manage end-to-end cafeteria operations across multiple sites in coordination with vendors and clients

• Establish and enforce nutritional and food quality standards as per industry norms

• Plan menus based on guest volume, cost, nutrition, and preferences

• Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation standards

• Handle and resolve complaints related to food quality and catering services
