F&A SA (Solutions Architect)
Job Description
• Design end-to-end F&A solutions including solution structuring, pricing, costing, and business case development
• Develop proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA), and business outcome frameworks
• Lead pre-sales engagements including RFI/RFP responses and client presentations
• Work with sales, delivery, pricing, transition, and transformation teams to build integrated solutions
• Conduct solution governance reviews and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Participate in contract negotiations, SLA discussions, and deal closure activities
• Translate client business challenges into optimized F&A outsourcing solutions
• Provide market intelligence, industry insights, and competitive positioning
• Lead solution design workshops and client discussions
• Support transition and transformation from client environment to delivery teams
• Build strong value propositions demonstrating cost, efficiency, and operational benefits
• Ensure compliance with methodologies, frameworks, and risk management guidelines
• Mentor teams and support large, complex global deal structuring
• Drive innovation in F&A solutions using automation and cognitive technologies
