Facility Operations Management

• Manage complete facility operations across corporate/IT campuses

• Ensure smooth execution of soft and hard services

• Drive workplace experience and operational efficiency initiatives

• Maintain high standards of facility upkeep and service delivery

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and manage large on-site teams and service partners

• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery models

• Ensure alignment of vendors with SLA and organizational expectations

Service Delivery & Performance Management

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs across all facility services

• Implement service improvement plans and best practices

• Conduct periodic performance reviews and audits

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Manage facility budgets and operational expenditure

• Ensure cost optimization and procurement efficiency

• Track and control expenses related to facility operations

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and organizational standards

• Support audits, inspections, and internal governance processes

• Manage crisis situations, escalations, and risk mitigation activities

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as key point of contact for client communication and escalations

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for service delivery

• Ensure high client satisfaction and workplace experience

Workplace Strategy & Improvement

• Implement best practices in space management and sustainability

• Drive continuous improvement in facility operations
