Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day soft services of the facility
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cleaning, security, and reception services
  • Manage and maintain relationships with service vendors
  • Respond to and resolve facility-related requests and complaints
  • Assist in budget planning for soft services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Use facility management software to track tasks and generate reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role
  • Knowledge of soft services operations in corporate/office settings
  • Proficiency in facility management software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service oriented
