Facility Executive – Soft Services
Job Description
• Take over site operations, identify snags, and ensure timely closure
• Manage vendors and suppliers to maintain operational stability
• Handle real-time operational issues with proper escalation and resolution
• Coordinate with landlord for issue resolution and facility requirements
• Conduct monthly client walkthroughs and address feedback
• Track and manage inventory of housekeeping consumables and stationery
• Ensure adherence to facility management policies and procedures
• Plan and organize events for clients and internal teams
• Monitor housekeeping manpower deployment and daily operations
• Review preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and weekly checklists
• Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across all soft services
• Conduct and track mandatory training programs
• Ensure usage of work permit systems and incident reporting tools
• Maintain asset tracking and update stakeholders regularly
• Perform regular facility walkthroughs to ensure service quality
• Coordinate VIP visits and ensure smooth execution without escalations
• Monitor and close service tickets within defined timelines
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure implementation of EHS practices including PPE usage
• Oversee cafeteria operations including hygiene, food quality, and vendor performance
• Conduct kitchen audits and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
• Manage food service operations, inventory, and vendor coordination
• Monitor customer experience in cafeteria including wait times and service quality
• Ensure proper tracking of vendor assets such as crockery and supplies
