Job Description

Seeking an experienced and client-centric Engineering Manager to lead our facilities management team in managing and maintaining our office buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide innovative solutions that improve systems, save costs, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for occupants.

Key Roles:

  • Engineering and facilities management expert
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Manage multiple sites and projects, guiding and mentoring team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, and water supply systems
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment, including elevators, generators, and fire suppression systems
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issues
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and client projects
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on client projects and renovations
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Continuously improve systems and save costs for clients
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Manage and maintain facilities and equipment
