Job Description
- Manage day-to-day facility operations in coordination with the Facilities Manager
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, stakeholders, and vendors
- Oversee maintenance activities, contract services, and procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensure timely buying and availability of supplies for facility operations
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor facility performance
- Implement property risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and occupational regulations
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure adherence to service agreements and budgets
- Monitor escalation and incident reporting procedures for timely resolution
- Support financial management including budgeting and cost analysis
- Maintain operational documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure service quality and SLA adherence
- Drive vendor performance optimization and cost efficiency initiatives
