Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, covering administration, security, and facility services
- Monitor and ensure adequate stock of supplies and materials for seamless operations
- Manage supply and service contracts in alignment with client approvals
- Ensure smooth vendor invoice processing and adherence to compliance standards
- Monitor and manage the property budget, including petty cash support for operations
Risk & Safety Management:
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans
- Proactively address health and safety issues, including reviewing safety measures regularly
Service Delivery & Client Satisfaction:
- Drive continuous improvement and resolve operational issues effectively
- Ensure achievement of key performance metrics (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct routine service audits to maintain team performance and service quality
- Prepare and deliver stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports to clients
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Hotel Management, or Building Management
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management or related operations
- Strong understanding of property operations and occupational safety standards
- Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on service excellence
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability in team management and rolling out operational improvement plans
- Excellent communication and reporting skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and client-service orientation
