Export Manager cum Safety Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage international export operations while ensuring workplace safety and legal compliance.
• Ensure adherence to BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Standard) requirements.
• Develop export strategies to expand business in international markets.
• Identify potential buyers and distributors for products in target countries.
• Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and customs teams to ensure smooth export processes.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain documentation for compliance, audits, and reporting purposes.
• Train and guide staff on safety protocols and export-related procedures.

Requirements:

• 4–9 years of experience in export management or international trade.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, legal compliance, and BRCGS requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and execute export strategies effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
