EXPERT - O365 Exchange Online

We'll look to you for:

• Designing and maintaining optimal hybrid Exchange environments
• Leading mailbox migrations and system upgrades
• Ensuring security and compliance in the email communication infrastructure
• Proactive monitoring and optimization of system performance
• Advanced troubleshooting and support for Exchange-related issues
• Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration

• Degree in B.E, B-Tech, or equivalent
• Experience of 12+ years in supporting Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premise
• Knowledge of email security, compliance, and PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with broader Office 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
• Understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and networking principles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts and relocate to Bangalore if necessary.
