Executive/Sr. Executive - Board Machine Process

Job description

Qualification: Bachelor of Applied Science or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize production, reduce waste, and increase yield.
• Technology & Equipment Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and recommend upgrades or modifications to machinery, equipment, and technologies used in pulp and paper production. Stay updated on industry advancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure final pulp and paper products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the production process. Conduct risk assessments, participate in safety audits, and contribute to the development of safety protocols.
• Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving: Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations, failures, and incidents. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
