Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Must know Powder Coating / CED Coating / Liquid Paint / PTEF Coating / HTR Coating.
• Must Know Pre-Treatment Process like Iron Phosphate , Zinc Phosphate or Zircominum Based 7 Tank PT Process.
• Must know Powder / Paint Testing and development .
• Can Train team for Coating Processes and Safety related things.
• Must know paint defects and their resolutions.
• Basic understanding of Base , Acid , Water and Chemicals
• Must know safety as well Kaizen related activities in Coating Line.
• Must know Cost , Capacity and Manpower calculation to run the line.
• Must know required PPEs in Coating line and their purchasing sources.
• Prepared a skill matrix and trained his shift operators.
• 5's to be maintained in the area.
• Clamps, T-bolts and tools required to be kept handy.
• Ensure that all standby machines are functional.
• Kaizens to improve P, Q, C, D, S, and M.
• List all abnormalities in the area and attend to them.
• Daily check list and process parameters, noting and reporting any anomalies.
• Process quality is checked hourly.
• Rework and reject analysis to avoid repetition.
