Executive Production

The Executive – Production will oversee production activities in printing, ensuring smooth operation of press and pre-press processes. Experience with Web Offset printing machines or CIP is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise press and pre-press production processes
• Ensure smooth operation of printing machinery and technology
• Monitor production quality, timelines, and output standards
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow
• Prepare production reports and maintain documentation
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
• Support commissioning and maintenance of printing equipment

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E. in Printing or Diploma in Printing Technology
• Relevant experience: 2–5 years (Degree), 4–8 years (Diploma)
• Hands-on experience in press or pre-press operations
• Experience with Web Offset printing machines or CIP is a plus
