Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring effective communication throughout their healthcare journey.
  • Welcome and assist patients during registration, admission, and discharge processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Listen to patient concerns, complaints, or feedback, and take appropriate actions to address and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with different departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services, appointments, and follow-up care for patients.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to patients in understanding their rights, responsibilities, and available support services within the healthcare facility.
  • Educate patients and their families on relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, including billing and insurance processes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Collect and analyze patient satisfaction surveys and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting initiatives to enhance the patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
