Location: New Delhi

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, or similar roles (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Operations Manager to work closely with the Founder/Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution across executive coordination, sourcing, and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and can efficiently manage multiple priorities with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Coordination:

  • Act as a strategic Executive Assistant to the Founder/Director, managing schedules, meetings, and priorities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-ups across all levels

Operations & Warehouse Management:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock tracking, and dispatch coordination
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment and logistics processes
  • Maintain operational records and reports

Sourcing & Vendor Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors
  • Lead negotiations and manage procurement processes
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

Process Optimization & Execution:

  • Monitor workflows and ensure smooth cross-functional execution
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables with high attention to detail
  • Identify operational gaps and implement quick, effective solutions

Key Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, or similar roles (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail)
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational abilities
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
