Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of finance processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital transformation objectives.
  • Oversee implementation and integration of EPM (e.g., BPC, TM1) and ERP (e.g., SAP) systems to enhance FP&A capabilities.
  • Drive automation and standardization of financial reporting and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness across all finance systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and system documentation.
  • Lead functional testing prior to UAT and provide ongoing training and support to finance teams.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement; design and implement solutions.
  • Champion digital finance initiatives, prototyping innovative solutions and iterating based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance and system analysts to build digital finance capabilities.
