Executive HR

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking an experienced Executive HR to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all facets of Human Resources, ensuring timely statutory compliances, and collaborating with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's vision. If you have a strong background in HR within a manufacturing environment and deep knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations, you will play a crucial role in our organizational success.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, labor laws etc.
• Collaborate with senior leadership team to develop organizational goals and objectives aligned with company vision.
• Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, compliance with labor laws & regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in an executive HR role within a manufacturing industry (FMCG/Pharma).
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR law and regulations, payroll processing, statutory compliance requirements for PF, ESIC etc
