1. Planning, organizing, and conducting board meetings, committee meetings, and member meetings (AGMs/EGMS), along with tracking and following up on all action points.

• Preparation and drafting of the Minutes Book (Board, Committees, and Members Meeting)
• Updating statutory registers and drafting & filing relevant forms with the Registrar of Companies (KYC, MSME filing, annual filing, DPT 3, and any other filing required based on the event triggered)
• RBI compliance support, including drafting and filing (FC-GPR, FLA return, ESOP, and any other as per event-based requirements)
