Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Executive – Business Development to promote research assistance services and build strong relationships with academic professionals. The role involves client acquisition, requirement understanding, and achieving sales targets through effective outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including PhD scholars and academic professionals.
  • Understand client requirements related to research topics, thesis writing, paper publication, and academic projects.
  • Present and explain company services and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal research and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 0 – 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Interest or exposure to academic, research, or education-related services is an advantage.
