Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and domestic/international travel coordination.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Act as primary liaison between MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and official communications.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Support business plan and corporate strategy development.
  • Evaluate project proposals and investments.
  • Manage special projects ensuring deadlines and quality.
  • Coordinate with department heads and project owners for alignment on initiatives.
  • Track project progress and prepare status updates.
  • Provide general administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
