Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Handle routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate departmental activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Operational Assistance

  • Support departmental processes and projects under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Track and update records, databases, and inventories.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

Communication & Coordination

  • Assist in internal and external communications, including emails and calls.
  • Provide timely updates to managers and team members on tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Learning & Development

  • Quickly learn department processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Assist in research, data collection, and analysis as needed.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or relevant discipline).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and office tools.
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
