Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that streamline business processes and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce integrations, and CRM processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Customization:

• Develop Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Controllers, Custom Tabs, and Custom Objects.
• Implement workflows, workflow rules, email alerts, and business logic based on business requirements.
• Design entity relationships including Master-Child and lookup relationships.

Integration & Data Management:

• Perform Salesforce integration using SOAP/REST APIs and Apex programming.
• Execute data migration from legacy/traditional applications to Salesforce using Data Loader Utility.
• Install and maintain AppExchange packages and coordinate with vendors for updates.

CRM Processes & Consulting:

• Understand CRM processes including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Support.
• Recommend and implement Salesforce solutions to improve client business processes.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate with clients regarding requirements and solutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and solution implementation.
