Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the following areas:

Over 8 years of experience in Project Management

Extensive experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies

Proven hands-on experience in managing projects from initiation to completion

Expertise in client and stakeholder engagement

Competence in resource, risk, and delivery management

Deep understanding of SDLC and project documentation practices

Experience in the US P&C Insurance sector is strongly preferred

PMP certification is a valuable asset
