EUC Ops Analyst

How you will do it

• Provide first-level technical support for end-user computing issues.
• Assist in the deployment and management of end-user devices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Participate in troubleshooting user-reported incidents and problems.
• Support the implementation of IT projects related to end-user computing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and user requests.
