Equipment Supply Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end equipment supply activities from order receipt to final delivery at customer site
• Develop and manage project supply schedules aligned with customer requirements and project timelines
• Coordinate with project execution, procurement, planning, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure material and equipment availability
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve lead times, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Support project managers with regular progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation planning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and project execution processes
• Manage all supply-related documentation including purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery confirmations
• Monitor project supply risks and ensure proactive resolution of bottlenecks
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
