EPM / Hyperion: Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis: Analyze customer needs and provide solutions for complex technical issues.
• Documentation & Design: Create technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and designs to support projects.
• Guidance & Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior engineers on project tasks and technical challenges.
• Research & Improvement: Conduct research on new technologies to improve current processes and systems.
• Project Planning: Prepare proposals, estimate costs, schedule requirements, and evaluate project outcomes.
• Maintenance & Support: Perform preventive maintenance, installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Compliance: Ensure products and processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
