EPM Development & Support

• End-to-end implementation experience in EPBCS for FP&A
• Experience in additional EPM modules such as EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, and ARCS is a bonus
• Ability to modify business rules, data load rules, mappings, forms, and other EPBCS configurations
• Strong knowledge of business rules, calculation scripts, forms, and data management/exchange in EPBCS
• Experience with Dimensions and cubes
• Ability to configure connections between source systems, OIC, and local cloud
• Hands-on experience with SmartView for reporting and analysis
• Skilled in troubleshooting integrations with Fusion, OIC, and other EPM modules like EDMCS
• Capable of reviewing, testing, and releasing Oracle monthly patches
• Familiarity with project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps
• Willingness to learn additional EPM or Oracle Fusion modules
• Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements from Finance stakeholders
• Able to demonstrate solutions and collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Finance systems experience or Finance qualification is desirable
• Good problem-solving skills to handle BAU issues
• Optional: Experience with Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL)

EDMCS-Specific Responsibilities:

• Configure views and related data chains
• Set up external applications, roles, and permissions
• Handle metadata and dimension management
• Manage subscriptions, export processes, and request activity
• Perform migrations between prod and non-prod environments
• Work with EPM Automate and Oracle monthly releases

ARCS (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of reconciliation compliance and balance comparison methods
• End-to-end understanding of the reconciliation process
• Experience with roles, permissions, application configuration, and data exchange in ARCS
• Familiarity with migrations and Oracle monthly releases
