Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Drive post-sales success and adoption of EcoStruxure IT software solutions for VIP enterprise customers across India.
- Conduct regular strategic engagements with customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and smooth renewal of support contracts.
- Identify expansion opportunities including upgrades, training, and cloud migration (DCE to ITE, DCO to ITA Hosted).
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Services, Licensing) to support implementations and resolve customer challenges.
Role Responsibilities:
- Understand and align EcoStruxure IT solutions with customer expectations, ensuring proactive success management and gap resolution.
- Manage customer meetings and engagement models to track performance, promote upgrades, and foster product familiarity.
- Support renewal teams by ensuring customers understand software versions and licensing timelines.
- Collaborate across regions when required and represent the voice of the customer for continuous improvement.
