Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that aligns with business needs and goals.
- Create and manage architectural models and roadmaps for the organizations IT systems.
- Establish guidelines, standards, and best practices for system design and implementation
- Work with business and IT leaders to develop IT strategies that support the organizations long-term vision and goals.
- Oversee the design and selection of technology solutions that address both current and future needs of the organization
- Create blueprints for systems integration, data management, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.
- Work with business leaders, application teams, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
- Ensure that IT solutions comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in an technical architect role.
- Proven experience in designing large-scale IT systems, solutions, and infrastructures.
- Experience with cloud technologies, microservices, and enterprise applications.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Excellent understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency in designing data architectures and integration patterns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in risk management, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level technologies and modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, storage, and server technologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
