As our Technical Lead Backend

As a Technical Lead Backend for the GALE product at Kore.ai, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our innovative product GALE. You will lead a team of talented engineers in building robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services that power GALE, a cutting-edge platform designed to transform enterprise AI adoption.

Your Typical Day With Us

• Start your day by leading a daily stand-up meeting, guiding your team through complex technical challenges, and providing mentorship to foster growth and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable backend solutions, ensuring alignment with GALE s overall product vision.
• Dive into code, developing high-quality, clean, and efficient code for critical backend services. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain codebase integrity and drive continuous improvement.
• Address technical issues and bottlenecks, working closely with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments and system reliability. Your expertise will be key in troubleshooting and optimizing backend processes.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of the product roadmap, identifying technical debt, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the platform s capabilities.
• Engage with product managers, front-end teams, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, share progress, and drive the successful delivery of features.

What You ll Need

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role, preferably in AI/ML-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, or Node.js, and experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Docker and Kuberentes.
• Proven track record of solving complex technical problems, optimizing system performance, and ensuring scalability in high-traffic environments.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
