Engineering Manager - GGS

The Role

• We re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a growing team of talented junior engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical depth with people management. You ll drive product development, nurture an engineering culture of excellence, and play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-driven tools.

What You'll Do

Lead & Mentor

• Support and grow junior engineers through coaching, regular feedback, and career development. Build a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Technical Oversight & Delivery

• Own the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products. Ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with our roadmap.

Hands-on Contribution & Collaboration

• Contribute directly to codebases, participate in system design, and work closely with Product and Design teams to bring features to life.

Team Building

• Help scale the team by attracting, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional engineering talent.

Who You Are:

AI-Inclined Builder

• You re excited by AI/ML and love experimenting with new technologies that redefine how we work.

Experienced Leader

• 5+ years in software development with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role. Experience in fast-paced startup environments is a strong plus.

Technical Expert:

Comfortable across the stack, with solid experience in:

• JavaScript & TypeScript
• Frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
• Node.js and Python
• Chrome Extension development
• Cloud platforms
• AI/ML knowledge is a bonus.
