Engineering Manager, Android

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable user-facing tools for human reviews and enforcement infrastructure.
• Develop and implement AI-powered algorithms to detect application abuse and improve system security.
• Devise strategies for abuse detection and enforcement while considering developer experience and adversarial adaptations.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, guiding project execution and career development for junior engineers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8 years of software development experience in languages like Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with 2 years in a people management or team leadership position.
• Experience managing software engineering teams and working on anti-abuse and safety solutions.
• Proven ability to design and launch large-scale distributed systems or frontend tooling, along with applying ML and GenAI to real-world problems.
