  Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering design or project management within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry. Candidates with experience in Major Control System EPC projects are preferred.

·  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering).

·  Technical Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with international codes and Aramco-specific standards.

·  Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, deliver technical guidance, and communicate effectively with management across all levels.
