· Experience: A minimum of 10–15 years of advancing experience in engineering design or project management specifically within the oil & gas or petrochemical sectors. Candidates with a background in Major Control System EPC projects will be given preference.

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, focusing on Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.

· Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of international codes and standards specific to Aramco.

· Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor others, offer technical direction, and communicate proficiently with management at all levels.
