- 14+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Java, Microservices architecture, AWS cloud platform, AI, and Angular framework.
- Solid background in building scalable, distributed systems using technologies such as Spring Boot (Core, AOP, Transactions, Data, Security), Cassandra, Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, Docker, and others.
- Experience with security best practices and protocols including SSL/TLS and OAuth.
- Hands-on experience in architecture and design patterns, applying industry-leading best practices to build enterprise-grade products and components.
- Proven success in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members to develop their technical and leadership capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record in building and scaling software applications.
