Engineering Analyst, Video and Image Experiences Trust Strategy

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead projects focused on building critical trust protections for Google Video and Image, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop safety solutions.
• Perform data analyses to identify and address product vulnerabilities, continuously improving systems against evolving abuse, leveraging LLMs.
• Provide data-driven insights and analysis into trust issues specific to images, videos, and creator content to inform decision-making for the product.
• Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, refining enforcement workflows with automation (LLMs) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis, identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
• 2 years of experience managing projects.
