Engineer: Solutions QA

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle direct customer interactions and provide onsite support for HAT and Go-Live activities.
• Understand customer use cases and translate them into effective, detailed test scenarios.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for various applications.
• Implement automation strategies to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
• Participate actively in Agile sprints, contributing from the design and planning phases onward.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across all assigned tasks.
• Support integration testing, UAT, and HAT execution to ensure end-to-end solution quality.
• Contribute to in-house R&D activities and help drive innovation in testing processes.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
• Be flexible to work in shifts or odd hours as per customer requirements.
