Engineer - NOC

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for NOC operations and overall network operations in a Linux environment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and provide technical systems support.
• Respond to and resolve user support requests efficiently, adhering to established SLAs.
• Document operational procedures, troubleshooting steps, and workarounds.
• Collaborate with team members on various technical projects and provide assistance as required.
• Support non-production environments, deployments, and implementation of system deployment plans.
• Monitor system performance and ensure network reliability and uptime.
