Engineer- ME

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical design projects from concept to completion.
• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components.
• Perform detailed analysis and simulations for product designs, ensuring functionality and safety.
• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) for 2D/3D design and modeling.
• Oversee the creation of technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and drawings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, quality, and R&D) to ensure successful product development.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the manufacturing or assembly process.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, offering guidance and support for their professional development.
• Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve design quality and performance.
