Engineer- Audit & Acceptance Testing

Key Deliverables:

• Conduct audits to evaluate implementation and adherence to defined processes across functional teams and circles.
• Identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
• Review and publish audit findings, including root cause analysis and action plans for non-conformities.
• Ensure 100% acceptance testing for new network deployments within SLA.
• Authorize work completion documents and maintain complete audit records and reports.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with functional leads to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and drive quality projects at the circle level.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across locations.
• Monitor fiber and FTTx network compliance and ensure adherence to NLD/OSP quality standards.
