Key Responsibilities

• Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops
• Provide support for hardware-related issues and ensure smooth functioning of IT assets
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications as per user and business requirements
• Work on Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems for administration and support
• Handle Active Directory operations including user management and access control
• Configure and support email clients such as Outlook and Lotus Notes
• Monitor and manage security tools including antivirus solutions and ensure system protection
• Support patch management activities and ensure systems are up to date with security updates
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and ensure proper incident reporting and documentation
• Coordinate with teams for system-related troubleshooting and issue resolution
