Embedded Software Integrator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system integration of C/C++ based embedded software for Set Top Box platforms
• Manage source code using version control systems such as GIT and Mercurial
• Handle branching, merging, and release management across multiple development streams
• Build and integrate C/C++ projects in Linux-based environments
• Work with Open Embedded and Gentoo Linux distributions for system-level builds and configuration
• Support automated build systems and continuous integration pipelines
• Develop and maintain Shell and Python scripts for automation and support tasks
• Collaborate with development, testing, and validation teams for smooth integration of software components
• Troubleshoot build failures, integration issues, and system-level defects
• Contribute to Set Top Box software development and post-silicon validation activities
