Embedded Engr II

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Engr II to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge embedded software solutions, particularly within safety-critical environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality embedded software in C/C++, applying strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and efficient coding.
• Perform excellent debugging and problem-solving in real-time embedded systems, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools.
• Apply solid understanding of RTOS, embedded systems, and critical avionics standards like DO-178B/C for safety-critical applications.
• Leverage preferable Avionics Domain knowledge.
• Adhere to software development lifecycle practices, with a preference for Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Skills Requirement:

• Awareness of the full software life cycle.
• Experience with Configuration Management (CM) systems for version control.
• Quick learner with strong communication skills.
• Exposure to simulation environments for testing and validation.
• Understanding of core Operating System concepts.
• Action-oriented, results-driven, self-starter with high energy.

• Influential with peers and partners, demonstrating strong critical thinking.

QUALIFICATION:

• B. E. / B. TECH / M. E. / M. TECH in Electronics or Computer Science.
