Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Operations & Maintenance

• Manage HT motors, switchgear, and substation equipment efficiently.
• Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards and operational guidelines.

Site Management

• Coordinate and manage site operations and electrical teams.
• Monitor manpower utilization and team productivity.
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain logs for electrical maintenance, site activities, and equipment performance.
• Report operational status, maintenance requirements, and incidents to management.
