Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement JLL HSSE requirements and client strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with operational activities.
  • Manage and mitigate operational risks by providing guidance on HSSE risk management at all levels.
  • Provide technical advice on HSSE matters and communicate legislative changes impacting client site operations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of HSSE legislation and standards.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support practical, cost-effective HSSE controls.
  • Ensure risk assessments are completed and maintained in line with legal and client standards.
  • Lead investigations of incidents and accidents at the account level.
  • Develop and manage an effective HSSE communication plan for the account.
  • Foster a strong culture of safety across the account and lead HSSE initiatives.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure expected service levels and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with account teams, client organizations, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
  • Support the development and delivery of best-practice HSSE training programs and resources.
  • Implement HSE strategy and protocols for contractor and vendor safety performance.
  • Support assurance activities and manage compliance with HSSE regulatory responsibilities.
